করোনাভাইরাসের প্রাদুর্ভাবে আগেই স্প্যানিশ ফুটবল লিগ লা লিগা স্থগিত ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। আর তাতেই বিরাট আর্থিক ক্ষতির শঙ্কায় লা লিগা। স্প্যানিশ দৈনিক মার্কার তথ্য মতে এখনই লা লিগার এই মৌসুম বাতিল ঘোষণা করা হলে লা লিগা সাড়ে ৬ হাজার কোটি টাকার আর্থিক ক্ষতির মুখে পড়বে।
স্প্যানিশ প্রধানমন্ত্রী পেড্রো সানচেজ গেল শুক্রবার দেশজুড়ে জরুরী অবস্থা জারি করেছেন। লা লিগার দুইটি ম্যাচ আপাতত স্থগিত ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। আর এখনই চলছে দফায় দফায় মিটিং। পরবর্তী নির্দেশনা নিয়ে আলোচনাও চলছে তাদের মাঝে। এর মধ্যে লা লিগার ২৭ রাউন্ড খেলা শেষ হয়েছে। অর্থাৎ এখনো প্রথম বিভাগের খেলার বাকি ১১টি ম্যাচ।
আর লা লিগা তাদের বাকি ১১টি ম্যাচ সম্পূর্ণ করতে না পারলে প্রায় ৭০০ মিলিয়ন ইউরোর ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হবে। যা বাংলাদেশি মুদ্রায় দাঁড়ায় ৬ হাজার ৫শ ৯৮ কোটি টাকারও বেশি। পৃথকভাবে হিসাব করতে গেলে টিভি স্বত্ব থেকে লা লিগার ক্ষতির পরিমাণ দাঁড়াবে প্রায় ৪৯৪ মিলিয়ন ইউরো। এছাড়া ৭৮ মিলিয়ন ইউরো ক্ষতি হবে পুরো মৌসুমের টিকিটের মূল্যে এবং প্রায় ৩৯ মিলিয়ন ইউরোর ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হতে হবে ম্যাচের টিকিটের মূল্যের কারণে।
এবং ছাড়াও আরো বেশ কিছু মাধ্যমে ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হতে হবে লা লিগা। যা অর্থের হিসেবে দাঁড়াবে প্রায় ৬৭৮ মিলিয়ন ইউরোরও বেশি। অবশ্য এমন ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হবে তখনই যখন লা লিগা ২০১৯/২০২০ মৌসুমের জন্য বাতিল ঘোষণা করা হবে। তবে লা লিগার প্রেসিডেন্ট জানিয়েছেন এখনই তারা লা লিগা বাতিলের কোনো সিদ্ধান্ত নিচ্ছেন না।
